After full payment, ownership or usage rights may be transferred according to the agreed project terms.

DevPumas may retain rights to reusable code, frameworks, templates, internal tools, and general know-how used to deliver services.

8. Limitation of Liability

DevPumas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data loss, business interruption, missed leads, or platform account restrictions.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Required payments are not made
